About Kathy
Kathy has spent the last 20+ years working in every aspect of Career Coaching and Talent Acquisition. She has hired, coached, and interviewed thousands of professionals over the course of 20+ years.
Currently, she leverages her recruiting expertise to coach professionals, undergrad & graduate students. Previously, she spent 10+ years in-house at Fortune 100 Financial Services companies & Tech startups leading Talent Acquisition functions, while always remaining a hands-on recruiter. Experienced hiring, executive search, campus recruiting, employment brand & recruiting operations, ... there isn't much she hasn't seen!
An advocate for progressing women’s interests within corporations, Kathy has always served as a DEI (Diversity Equity & Inclusion) Subject Matter Expert within the organizations she has worked.
Kathy is a first-generation college graduate and holds a Finance degree from Villanova University.
After many years of living in NY & NJ, Kathy currently resides outside of Boston with her husband, two children and dog.
