At Careers Matter, we believe every student deserves a premier path from college to career. Our concierge-style coaching combines structure, insight, and accountability to help students build confidence and clarity on direction as they prepare for life after college.


Careers Matter was founded by Kathy Spillane, a seasoned career coach with two decades of experience in higher education and talent development.


She is supported by Todd Zipper, member of the Careers Matter Advisory Board, whose vision and experience helped shape the program’s foundation.
