Jane brings more than twenty years of HR leadership and Coaching to her work with young adults entering the job market. She has worked across many industries including finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals, non-profit and luxury consumer goods. Jane has also found an expertise in working with neurodivergent individuals, helping them to navigate the unique view they have on the workplace as well as how they may be viewed by future employers.
Jane focuses her coaching on neuordivergent young adults to close a gap she saw from both sides of the hiring table: employers who want neurodivergent talent but do not know how to recruit or support it, and young adults with real skills who get filtered out before they ever reach an interview.
She translates two decades inside corporate hiring into practical guidance for college aged students preparing for internships, from presenting their strengths on paper to navigating the interview itself and starting their careers on their own terms.
Jane holds a BA from Villanova University.
